What is your return policy?


Our jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully. For ZIVA Essential products (candles, sprays and teas) - all sales are FINAL. Return or Exchange Faulty Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer an exchange on unworn and faulty items. You MUST let us know within 3 days from receiving the package. Email us at: cs@zivaus.com We are NOT responsible for lost packages and recommend you track your package. We do NOT refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.




Do you offer International Shipping?

How often do you restock?


ZIVA Essentials items will always be in stock - we hope that these items will be added to your daily routine. However, once a jewelry style is sold out, it may not be restocked. We want to keep our pieces as unique as possible.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?


Once an order is placed, processing takes 2-3 business days to ship. Due to COVID-19, there may be a slight delay with carriers.




Do you offer RUSH Shipping?


We do not offer RUSH shipping at the moment due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty with carriers.




Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?


Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to any orders once an order has been placed.
