ZIVA Essentials items will always be in stock - we hope that you can add these items to your daily routine. However, once a jewelry style is sold out, it may not be restocked. We want to keep our pieces as unique as possible.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Do you offer RUSH Shipping?
We do not offer RUSH shipping at the moment due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty with carriers.
Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?
