What is your return policy?


Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully. Return or Exchange Faulty Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unworn and faulty items. You MUST let us know within 3 days from receiving the package. Email us at: support@zivaus.com We are NOT responsible for lost packages and recommend you track your package. We do NOT refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.




Do you offer International Shipping?


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, this is something that we are working on.




How often do you restock?


We only restock certain collections. It is vital to purchase it when you see it. Once a style is sold out, it may not be restocked. We want to keep our pieces as unique as possible.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?


Once an order is placed, processing takes 2-3 business days to ship.




Do you offer RUSH Shipping?


We do offer RUSH Shipping (2 day- guarantee) for $25! Please email support@zivaus.com for inquiry.




Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?


Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to any orders that have already been placed.
